Thank you to speakers offering comments during the Town of Ulster’s scoping public hearing Feb. 23 and 24, 2026, on Terra-Gen’s application to operate a battery energy storage system. The purpose of the scoping session was to receive public comment on the Draft Scope of Work for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The Town of Ulster will accept written comments until 5 p.m. on March 10, 2026 via email or in person at Town Hall.
